Easy to follow Good variety of videos I pressed an answer by accident and could not change it, maybe a 'is this your final answer' option might help
The course was well presented and easy to follow. It relayed very important messages in a concise way. I would thoroughly recommend this course to anyone who works in any environment (not just a school) as it is very transferable to any other industry.

Good content and relevant. Only suggestions would be: (1) Because the videos are good quality, people with slow internet connections need to wait for videos to load / buffer which can turn a 1.5 hour course into a 3 hour one. Having the option to view in low resolution would be useful. (2) The test at the end should really only concentrate on vital / important questions rather than answer more trivial / changeable questions like "how many arson attacks per week" etc as they aren't really relevant to fire safety (they are statistical).
A vast amount of information but very relevant. The CCTV clips of people's behaviour were excellent
A good course. Provides all the information needed. Professional and well explained. Just a personal preference but would have preferred to just be able to read information in some cases. The video examples were useful but often found myself waiting for the video to finish when I'd got the point of what was being said and could have read and digested the same thing in a fraction of the time. That being said - the course was good and I imagine many will prefer videos. My preference is simply based on time being hard to come by. Therefore, anything that can speed up any training like this is always welcome.
I love that the course was both text and video based allowing the course to be accessible for different types of learning
