It was good to see some changes since I had last taken the course.
Annual training is helpful as it jogs my memory and reminds me to stay alert checking for hazards etc. The only criticism I would make is that after watching the video of how people react to a fire alarm the first 2 or 3 times you cover the training I'm not sure that it is necessary every time and the option to skip the video on 3rd and subsequent training sessions would be appreciated.
The course provides very clear and concise instructions on being a fire warden. The videos were interesting and informative and the course does provide all of the relevant information required to function as an effective fire warden.
The course was well delivered, a good pace, even though it covered plenty of information. I found it a bit frustrating that each section was small videos though.
Well structured materials and easy to understand.
I learned a lot from this course. However, I think it went on too long and so some of the information was too much to take in
Very clear and informative in all areas. I found the videos of people's behaviour very interesting and useful. Having been in a fire in a block of flats myself, I was not surprised by the behaviour of the people involved.
Allowing to pause and restart the course is perfect for the office environment. Clear and easy to follow, with good resources available to download.
