Easy to understand and comprehensive

This training includes a lot of very practical and relevant information that I feel has made me more knowledgeable about, and prepared for, fire or other related emergency situations in my workplace.

An essential bit of training

An essential bit of training, the section on fire extinguishers was harder going and to remember but was a good overall course. Especially useful to see how people react like sheep to a fire alarm.

I found it very informative.

I like the fact that if you get a question wrong on the test that you can go back and listen to the video again.

5/5
Very clear

Very clearly explained but it needs to speed up a bit. Reading the transcript helped as I could do this more quickly. The table showing how the different fire extinguishers is used is really helpful. If this could be printed out and stuck next to the fire extinguishers around the school I think people would feel more confident in their use.

4/5
clear, concise training

The course was very accessible, especially as information was given in short videos. I liked the way it tested as it went along to ensure you were listening carefully to each clip.
