Course was informative with narrators that were not condescending and visuals helpful. Certificate would not download or print from my profile with my name on it but simply as 'YOUR NAME' and SAMPLE written across it although I was registered for the course and completed within my profile on a course that was chosen for me. Just a frustrating emd to an otherwise good delivery online.
I liked the summary points at the end of each slide

The course met my expectations and aims. I know have a better understanding of my role of fire marshal. However this online course is very dry with little opportunity for engagement or discussion which would have been useful in order to embed practice.

By including videos of scenarios and demonstrations, I could see clearly what I should expect to happen in the event of a fire. This was much more engaging than reading material or a listening to a lecture. The mini tests at the end of each section kept me focused on learning the key messages.
A lot of the content had already been covered on other Kaplan training ( such as using fire extinguishers) Maybe we could just have this training ( as everything is included) rather than all the separate Kaplan fire training ( I did 2 back in December)
Would recommend to other members of My staff
I now feel confident in my role as fire warden.
