Great to be able to save or print relevant details during the training
The course covers everything you need to know and is in small chunks that allows you to access it in more than one sitting if needed.
I found that stopping and restarted it did not help as this was a long training video. It may be beneficial if it was spilt into two sections with a test in the middle
I found the training informative, easy to understand and it was done with a lot of information but the way it was delivered made understanding each topic relatively easy and the fact that there was a summary at the end of each video.

The training is presented in a very easy to follow format, and the addition of subtitles is very much appreciated and helpful. The training being given in short slides also helps with retention of knowledge, rather than being overwhelmed with a mass of information that is difficult to follow. Images and moving pictures helped with this also. Everything was relevant as well.
Very long course
Excellent - clear & understandable. Well presented. Good graphics.
The training is detailed and comprehensive but it's frustrating to have to sit through lengthy, unskippable videos when I am able to read the transcript and gain the same information much more quickly. Could the videos be presented more like a power point with text and only some unskippable videos? (For example the parts showing important visual information or demonstrations that need visual support for clarity). Note also that many people taking these trainings have done so multiple times before, so may be well capable of completing the assessment after a recap rather than 2 hours of screen-time. Many thanks.
Lots of useful information, clearly presented. Visuals really helpful. Not sure anyone really needs to be subjected to an 11 minute video of people ignoring a fire alarm... especially when the training is repeated every year!
