The only improvement would be if more time was spent on describing the types of fires during the intro so that it is really ingrained as to what A,B,C,D and F fires are. Without that sound understanding, the succeeding sections which refer to which type fires you can use particular fire extinguishers on become difficult to learn/understand
The word asphyxiation was use on the CO2 slide, however, there will be some people that do not know what this word means, i.e. people with asperger’s syndrome or attention deficit hyperactivity disorder.Also, this course is a good first step but shouldn’t there be some practice use of extinguisher, also what about fire hoses?Regards Mr Alderson
Very informative and the detail regarding the different types of extinguisher and how the demonstration on how they should be used was especially useful.
