time scale is a little long to sit through when phones ringing and e.mails flashing up

The digital delivery is very helpful in that the viewer can pause and repeat content. The site is very easy to use. The reason I didn't give 5* was the speaker spoke quite quickly delivering lots of new information at a fast pace on each clip. I would consider slowing it down little bit but not so much to make it painful!
