Detailed course broken down into sections targeting the relevant phases of fire awareness with a strong emphasis on only to tackle a fire when safe to do so and not to be the hero.
This course has obviously had some time spent on it and is produced very well. However it is completely unnecessary for anyone that has more than a years working experience. All if the content is common sense and having worked in the industry for nearly 20 years was really just a waste of my valuable time.

I thought the information was well explained and the graphics and demonstrations were good alongside the description. I feel much better equipped in my knowledge now of what to do in the event of all types of fires. Would have been happy to have more questions in the test to really make sure I had taken in all the information.
