Very clear without labouring the point

Clear and understandable training without too much emphasis on testing but gets all points across

locked in a loop...

….where it asked me to "review" a section but would not let me return to complete the test. Presumably - maybe - I had answered sufficient questions to pass. Whatever, I couldn't finish it.Consequently I wasted loads of time going round and round in circles of computer hellAs for content - far too much time was spent on idiocy of the "Fire tetrahedron" and other things that no-one has to remember - and nowhere near enough on the practical applications. You don't have to - nor should you -remember whether your fire is A,B, C,D, or F...…. you do need to know how to tackle the main types of fires.... whether it is dry wood, paper, etc. Whether it is wood with plastic laminates, or carpets and soft furnishings... + dangers of different smokes from these different types. NOT irrelevant letter symbols - which add an extra layer of barrier between knowing - and doing

Well presented and put over easy to understand

A lot of important information to assimilate and remember. Perhaps worth considering splitting the training into two parts.

5/5
Interesting. User friendly. Informative

This was a pleasing course to follow. It was not boring. It was user friendly and not at all intimidating.

5/5
Enjoyable and informative

Even though information is given in house on what to do in case of fire, it helps to have some prior knowlege in order to save time - which can be critical
