This training and the desktop training failed to load and deliver. all videos buffered throughout the training, some videos buffered and then jumped. It took an exceptionally long time to complete the course and the deadline that was provided was unrealistic. I would suggest if video's cannot be delivered as intended they are not used.

Very informative course but could be more interactive, as in asking questions as you go along rather than majority video clips followed by the assessment.
One of the most comprehensive, short introductions into Fire Awareness I have ever experienced. My only gripe is missing two questions (finger trouble!) in the exam...
