Asked by the organisation I volunteer for to take four online courses this is the one which felt most relevant - both to my volunteering role and to my private life. A fire can happen just about anywhere, so fire awareness and safety is a real life skill that everyone would benefit from acquiring - something that should be taught in schools, along with swimming, family planning and basic financial planning.
