I found this a good refresher course that covered all aspects of fires and included examples of how to use the fire extinguishers
Good outline of risks and what to do when fire breaks out, also the different types of extinguishers and their uses.

Some questions are a bit pedantic. For a lay person several questions relating to the differences between conduction, convection & radiation is not that helpful. In my opinion it would be better to concentrate on fire prevention and action in case of fire.
