The content of the course was good but it took more than 2 hours to complete at home due to buffering. The stop, start caused by the buffering made it quite stressful

This was a very simple, basic course that was easy to understand. Clear information on the different types of extinguishers and what they could be used for.
Very clear. Well presented. Sets out the facts. Checks if you paid attention with a test.
The whole course and test took approx 50 minutes to an hour. It was succinct and to the point. The videos and instructions were very clear. The course provided vital information.
