Every year I think "Oh not another certificated course...again... and yet again" however once I have completed it I feel as though I have been given a really good reminder and have to admit that I needed the refresher training. So well done. I may moan about it but I accept it is necessary to complete it.
Thought it was very well done, clear and easy to follow, helpful advice that I'd need to know if I was ever involved in a fire......thankyou!
Very good information giving that can be put into practice not just at work but at home too. Highly recommended
