This is the best fire awareness training I have ever seen in my 8 years of work. The different videos make it very easy to understand and remember. So much better than power point presentations with just text or just a person talking. I really liked the videos of a person using the different types of fire extinguishers, I have never been shown how to actually use one before. The training is presented in a very interesting way and I like that it is divided in small video sections rather than one very long video. I am very impressed.

The simplicity of the training makes it so easy to learn every aspect and retain what you have learnt. It was packed with good and essential information. Brilliant training.

I have seen this course continually improve over time. I found the latest information easy to understand and very informative. I noticed some references to new types of extinguisher, that I hadn't seen previously.

The images and videos really helped to remember the information given!

The course was set to a high standard at a pace that was suitable for everyone included. Maxine and Cheryl are both very helpful, Maxine was confident in the subject she was delivering and made you feel able to answer questions even if the answers may of been wrong. Would recommend to others.

Brilliant course easy to understand sections

the course was good, apart from the fact that i was unable to complete the course in the manner i would like due to being interrupted at work a few times. A designated area/ place where i could complete in a quite place would be great.
