Was really easy to follow, very helpful and useful. Learnt a lot from it. I would maybe suggest a bit more on the info about conduction, convention etc and how to remember what means what.

You assume we cannot retain information for very long and so have to keep repeating the same course - i am a home worker and so it is mostly irrelevant anyway
