Presenter's voice high pitched and grating. Course was too long for the content.

Informative and not too taxing on the brain. Quick questions in-between sections was a good refresher and helped to retain the information for the final test. Much better than previous training.

Good to have the knowledge. Enjoyed it easy listening and very good that you can stop and start.

I thought the course was very good - concise and to the point - no rambling on about stuff - just detailed information which will help should I ever be caught in a situation with a fire.

Great course, clear and easy to understand.

I found the course very informative and interesting and it made me more aware of the different fire extinguishers to be used for the correct fires if ever needed. Going over courses like this is always a great reminder too.
