A couple of questions were slightly confusing as the exact answer was not clear, and could have been more than one of the options, but over all very good
Very clear and understanding
Excellent content and delivery, however nearly all of the videos needed to be reloaded as audio kicked in with the video. clicking back one slide and then forward again seemed to resolve the issue but it was frustrating.

This course is ok for a very basic understanding but not a substitute for a proper hands on training.
I my considerable experience, what I have found most useful in fire safety training is actually being shown how to use a fire extinguisher and actually using one - obviously more expensive but quality training can save lives.
I found the video very enlightening and informative. I felt the points were covered in a concise and clear way that helped me quickly get a good understanding.
