So, very very basic. I have done training like this so many times - nothing new learned. Slow, irritating, patronising delivery. Useful if you are young and have never done such training before. Insulting to experienced older members of staff. I felt like I was back in the girl guides!!

User-friendly, informative training. Really appreciate the transcripts to follow along with, accessibility and navigation is easy. However, obvious gender bias! I am usually not irritated so much by this, but up to slide 33/42, it has been just women presenters. the theory of fire safety, signage, procedure etc. is all delivered by female presenters. However, ever video demonstrating the physical use of an extinguisher is done by a man! I've also done inclusion and diversity training recently, and addressing this unconscious bias would be so beneficial!

The breaking down the presentation into 43 small parts that required physical action to move onto the next section was irritating. The material itself was not bad
