The course on fire awareness contained all the information I would anticipate being relevant in such an emergency. The additional resources are relevant and easy to read. The course was well organised, clearly presented, well articulated with a good combination of video and written or graphical imagery. Some summary slides would benefit from containing one or two more bullet points of key messages. A really professional training course.

Great course ….. taught me a lot
42 slides fills me with dread as I know ihasco is making as long as it can get away with courses in order to sell them for a higher cost. So there's a lot of being patronised before anything useful comes up. Why not make it to the point and stop wasting all our time. Half of this was primary school stuff and the last 10 mins very good.
