A good informative training course which included important and very useful information.

This was a very interesting and helpful course. I would recommend all responsible people to take this course and I would suggest the best time to take it would be yesterday! On a more technical note, I thought the clarity of those speaking in the video was clear and informative; the change in voices talking was also helpful, in a refreshing way. I am dyslexic and, though my brain thinks logically and calmly in moments of chaos and panic, it is often confused in front of a computer screen. However, I felt your training course was positively engaging. Thank you, Rowlie

While very useful, some of the questions on the test are irrelevant and would make no difference if there was a fire. Knowing the background colour for a fire extinguisher, for example - you would just look to see if it was the right type! Also convection, radiation - again, it doesn't really matter. What matters is that there's a fire and whether it can be tackled safely.

Very thorough indeed - but it is an awful lot to remember, in situations where it may be difficult to collect ones thoughts...

Would like to see the right answer to the question I got wrong.
