Good balance of videos with a range of presenters meaning it was less boring to watch. Good use of intermittent questions to ensure continued engagement. Thorough test at the end. Good graphics to illustrate points. Clear presentation. Speakers spoke at appropriate speed. Helpful links to further information.
The presentation was friendly and informative. Little tests along the way helped to focus the mind on the training. I was surprised that mist extinguishers could be used on all types of fires including electrical.
The short videos enabled me to go back if I wasn’t sure. My mobile rang too which interrupted one of the videos therefore I was able to watch it again and didn’t miss any vital information
