would like an emphasis on employees to check their organizations fire policy / plans e.g. it may well be the organizations policy is if your not trained in the use of an extinguisher not to fight fires but to evacuate. But it is worth employees knowing the different types and their use in case they need to use to aid escape.Also Powder extinguishers are being taken out (replaced) of indoor areas, because of the recommendation not to use in confined spaces (indoors particularly). You do mention not to be used in confined spaces, but maybe emphasis such as not recommended for indoor use.
