I found the course to be thorough and easy to follow. I particularly liked the opportunity to review the course when I could not remember the answer. Having to take the test again, with questions in different order to the last, helped absorb the answers.

Would be of benefit if the extinguisher's were actually being discharged or used in true environment and not virtual so the user gets to see the difference between the different mediums
