Overall a good course to undertake but sadly a very poor buffer rate for the videos. Had to reload the page a few times before I could watch them
Good course apart from the repetitive section of the gentleman using the fire extinguishers,
Easy to understand even for who don't have english as a mother tounge. Later I could see the option of other languages :-D
the course is to the point and easy to take on board .
Great learning aid
A great training session. I had not really understood fully about fire extinguishers before, but this training was very clear and concise. I am far more confident now

I thought the course was well structured and covered all aspects of what to do in the event of a fire and any kind of fire . The course was delivered well . The only downside was a few questions on the test could have been asked better and there was more than one correct answer .
