The course is very informative and gives clear instructions on what you should do in the event of a fire and the different types of fires and means of putting them out if you are able to do so.
Very comprehensive How in an emergency you will remember all the different fires and type of extinguishers and methods of use will be the challenge. One fire extinguisher for all types will be the only sure way

good
I knew most of it from previous training courses I've done. Did learn more especially about the fire extinguishers.
The Fire Awareness course is very easy to understand. It explains how easy fires can start, the harm that smoke can cause and what to do if you are ever in that situation that the fire prevents you from leaving the building. Clearly identifies that all fire door should be closed and the way to check if the fire is behind the door. Gave clear instructions what colour fire extinguisher is needed for different types of fire and how to use them correctly.

I find videos an unhelpful and inaccessible way to access information. It could have been presented in a few paragraphs of text which I would have found much easier (and quicker!) to process. I have also just had to cover all this precise information on a half day St Johns Ambulance course, so the doubling up of training seems like a waste of everybody's time. Maybe if I had been made to do this training as a reminder several months/a year after the SJA training it would seem less pointless, but as it's been a couple of weeks since I did it, there was v little point.
