Some of the messages are clear and simple, such as person who finds fire sets off alarm. Easy. Less clear re types of fire and extinguisher: all clearly broken down but how does the person deciding which one to use work that out? The guidance should explain clearly each fire extinguisher is labelled with the information. It is there to be seen in the images, but isn’t mentioned. It isn’t a memory test but a read and recognise one. Some fire specific jargon too such as fire hazard having an assigned meaning which could be misinterpreted by the lay person.

The course is very good - well-presented and every section well demonstrated. The instructors are quite knowledgeable - and, of course, the lady instructors are beautiful, if I might add!
