the course was very informative, with good presentation and examples of the main points highlighted through out the course. Easy to understand and the test at the end was a good way of recalling the main points of the course.
VERY GOOD, except when answering questions... it can be difficult for people who's home language is not English.

What about the certificates ?
Mostly same content as used in fire warden training.
It is well presented but a bit like an old type exam where you have to remember facts. Types of fires, types of extinguishers, colours on extinguishers, loads of facts - unless you memorise these as you watch the videos you won't be able to answer all the questions. Didn't help understanding - found myself wondering if there was an emergency would I remember which colour extinguisher I should pick - and concluded I wouldn't.
Refreshing our minds is the only way to do everything properly.
The course was very clear and informative. The Videos really helped and the persons explaining every steps very clearly. The demonstrations were very helpful on how to use the extinguishers. The course is an excellent way of giving information about Fire Awareness.
