Well presented and informative... Mostly just a refresh of information given on previous courses.., but the "Stop, Drop, Roll" method and information about the different classes of fire and types of extinguisher has provided me with a valuable update.

The course was presented in a way that made information easy to digest, and summaries at the end of each section were very helpful.
Easy to follow bite size bits
Really clear and concise explanations of useful reminders of how to deal with / behave in situations. Would make me more confident in tackling fires in the unlikely event I needed to. Might be worth having a company policy of emptying bins at the end of the day as sometimes bins are left for weeks full of organic materials
It covered a great amount of information which is a lot for anyone to remember. Possibly breaking it into two parts may help people in grasping and retaining more from it
