Very good course covering fire awareness clearly and concisely

Parts of the training are good, explaining how to extinguish a fire and how to escape safely. However, many questions in the test were about vocabulary. For instance, asking if the spread of fire through metal pipes is called conduction or convection. I don't think it matters for our purpose. What we need to know is what to do if a fire arises, not knowing the exact terms.

Really good presentation - simple and easy to understand course.

Would like to have seen more emphasis put on NOT tackling a fire if you are not trained to use a fire extinguisher (which is part of our company policy). Apart from that, very good and easy to follow.
Easy to follow, bite-sized, covered the important issues, very visual, sensible questions.
