This course was clear, concise, understandable and at the same time comprehensive that covered all aspect of fire awareness suitable for everyone. the visual content was very helpful in understanding usage of equipment.

It is essential that everybody knows the fire procedures in the work place when there is an emergency.

I think there were too many questions about fire extinguishers. Also we did this course 12 months ago so it was boring doing the same again

This video is for a workplace paid position, most of which is completely inappropriate for a prospective volunteer of retirement age such as myself, who is aiming to help adults to read on a one-to-one basis. Also, I'm distinctly unimpressed with the grammatical errors, i.e. split infinitives, lack of commas, and comma where there should be a full stop(!), making the questions difficult to comprehend. If I wasn't so passionate about adult literacy, I would not have completed all this.
