This course was very informative and covered everything you would need to know. Obviously it is a lot of information to take in but I have written lots of notes so I can keep and visit regularly to refresh on but always hoping never to have to be in this situation!

Illustrations & Video-Tutorial were very well organized and easy to comprehend.
I thought the training was very detailed and very thorough although in an emergency situation (Where this would not have been a regular occurrence ) it may be difficult to recall in a stressful situation all of the training received.

I think subtitles should be added to the video itself rather than having the transcript of what is said bellow it. It would help those who are hard of hearing or deaf connect more with the course. It seems a bit of a glaring error not having these on there in the first place.
