It might be an idea to encourage participants to make notes during the training, as there is quite a lot of factual knowledge to absorb, which then gets tested.
Good online course, in-depth content which was clear and concise with great visual instructions/guidance.
Fire can start from our most common daily objects. Best way to fight it is when is has not yet started.

good awareness session, perhaps some more tips on preventing fireworks should be added such as; Switching all equipment before leaving home. Switching off Xmas decorations. Some data on what are the common causes that lead to a fire.
