One of the few courses where I felt that I actually learnt new things which I didn't already know but which were also highly useful to know outside the work environment. Glad I did it (first). Feel a lot more confident now if I'm ever faced with a situation involving fire.

A simple and easy to follow and understand course.
Comprehensive, logical and informative
It helps with the colour of the fire extinguishers and what the length of spray out each fire extinguisher is.
Provides a good level of the dangers of fires, the potential ignition sources, the way fire can spread, the different types of fire and the best mechanism to subdue them but most importantly what an individual should do in the event of a fire situation in work or at home.
