Useful in understanding types of fires, prevention and how to respond
Gained knowledge about fires and how to prevent
Very easy to understand. The course went into lots of detail, including fire safety that doesn't apply to us but is useful to have knowledge on for any other environments we may work in in the future (fire extinguishers we don't hold ect). Covers safety for all occasions and locations.

Although i have been through many fire safety courses over the years, because this particular course was more of a classroom setting it does require you consider your responses more. In the past the courses I have attended have been hands on because of the nature of the work. Although I went into this thinking "Oh I know this" this course makes you realise how much you don't know about fire, which is a good thing.
Very good at refreshing the memory and clear and concise.
Loved the downloads very handy ! Perhaps just mention that if you have to review a section that the test will start again from the start, I was a bit confused on that.
