Clear and concise presentation
A concise overview of fire procedures, what causes fires and the different classes, what to do in the event of an emergency, the various types of extinguishers and their use. Good advice, of what to do when smoke enters a room.

A lot of this was new (especially the fire extinguishers section) so this was very useful and informative. Very clearly laid out. Makes one much more aware of one's environment and signage etc.
it was fairly easy to complete the course i dont have a very good short term memory so got a few wrong but overall i understand the importance of this information
More aware of all the categories
Good online training session. Gave me confidence to act in the event of finding a fire.
Test questions required 'interpretation' as to what they were aiming for
