A highly effective course in not only making you aware of the dangers of fire, but also on steps to take in different situations in order to stay safe, prevent further harm to yourself and in tackling a fire where safe to do so. Also, the information on the different types of fire and fire extinguishers definitely helped broaden my understanding of fires and how to tackle them. In a little over half an hour, my fire awareness has probably doubled because of this course even though I was already pretty good at the main points of fire safety. It's brilliant.

Unfortunately the fact that you couldn't read the information, and were instead forced to listen to it, caused a lack of focus. The same amount of information could be read and understood in a shorter time, perhaps alongside a video. This would also be more accessible.
