Has made me very aware
A very worthwhile refresher but I question if we actually need to know some of the terms such as convection, conduction, radiation etc - so long as we know what to do I don't think it matters what things are called.

Really good explanation of fire signs and use of extinguishers, it was presented so well I believe I retained most of the information in the course.
