I have done this course many time before. I did it while reading something else. Why can't there be a series of questions at the start to assess whether I NEED to do the course - and only take me to the course if I fall below the pass mark?
Very informative and interesting thought me things I'd have forgotten
Simple messaged that are communicated well make for an interesting and informative programme.
The delivery was over the top, too lengthy, unskippable and the speed could not be adjusted. I was not engaged at all, only irritated by the time wasted. I had it open in another window, turned of the volume and clicked the button for the next section when I remembered
