better than other courses, as it is clear, easy to follow, good summaries and doesn't assume you are a child
Same course for several years now. Over-emphasis on different types of fire extinguishers and their usage compared to more general emergency procedures, which will be applicable to more people. Would also be good if could only recieve information about extinguishers in use at a given organisation, and if demonstrations used actual extinguishers used on real fires, rather than computer generated graphics.

There were several presenters, all presented clearly with enough explanation and at an appropriate pace. The quiz at the end covered a variety of the themes presented and asked relevant questions about the points covered which need to be remembered and possibly applied in the future.
