Course was informative and practical. It can be improved by having more visual aids and more recaps e.g. there could be more diagrams and flowcharts that can be downloaded, as well as useful memory techniques such as mnemonics to remember the different types of fires, fire extinguishers, etc.
Thank you for the training. It's a brill refresher for me, very comprehensive.
