Easy to understand
All teachings made were simplified, learnt some new things that I was not aware of before.

This course should be a minimum equirement for a business location, where all employees complete the same course. The stated time of 30 minutes places a sense of urgency on users that may dilute effectiveness in some users by introducing an unnecessary degree of urgency. It is not comprehensive enough for a hospitality venue where cusomers are untrained and may behave irrationally. It also failed to identify legacy equipment such as SILVER extinguishers with coded banding on. Finally I query the choices for a "Potential Ignition Source" in the test - A Danger, A Hazard, or A Risk. Depending on the context, it should be all three. We used to be advisd not to switch on a light if we could smell gas, due to the RISK it posed, being a hazard and a danger.

Excellent content, easy to understand and very clear and concise making it easy to retain the information
I had the believe that I am aware of fire safety before, however, the course gives me detailed information, more awareness, particularly the types of fire extinguishers. I am now, confident enough, tackling fire in danger, for the safety of others and for self.
