The course was far too detailed for a normal employee. Given the time spent describing which extinguisher should be used for which fire, I felt it should really be aimed at fire marshals or employees who work with hazardous substences/materials.
Down to ground but could have more detail especially as to why one should point the nozzle away from the fire to test the extinguisher first. On top of this I believe that we should take note on how to appropriately handle fire extinguishers when they have been tampered with and how one goes forward as to replacing one and who they report this to when a pin or the zip tag has been removed/taken
Ive done this course three times already. ITs quite long and time consuming. although it says on the description its only a 30min course which clearly is not the case. I feel its quite long, we should be asked to go through teh long process on and on again. Although I appreciate its a very important topic within a working environment though.
