these courses were a lazy and cheap way for the company to answer staff about the lack of training or progression in the business. Unfortunately it says more about the lack of vision or any understanding of their own workforce that they decided the best thing to do was get the staff to watch a few videos and answer some questions instead of investing in the workforce and looking for real training opportunities to help the individuals improve or progress within the business.
While this is not the first fire awareness training I have taken during my professional career, iHasco's presentation and professionally created content is certainly the best. I'd even watch it again before my re-up, as it was genuinely enjoyable to watch, and you don't often feel that way about workplace training content!
