I liked the fact that the course was part interactive and part visual as the two worked extremely well and I was happy and attentive through it all.
Good, If it covers everything needed for the standards required then its perfect. Only it takes quite a while.
The training programme was very clear, visually helpful and not too long!

The presentation was good and easy to follow with understandable information and graphics. But after several sectionswhen there were only a few points to work through the last section with 36 was rather heavy going. Having said that it did cover a lot of ground and also underlined some of the previous points.
