The office environment requires flexible training solutions and to avoid over kill, the training was a little longer than anticipated but very useful

Effective training method, well designed, like the test concept

Overall, good quality. Sheer number of slides regarding fire extinguishers makes it difficult to recall breakdown of categories and they're effective usage. The usage videos were helpfull but the charts presented a lot of information in a small amount of time making it difficult to register ( again pertaining mainly to the 36 slide extinguisher section).

I thought this course was very well presented and the content was good and well produced!

This is an excellent resource for fire awareness training. Clear, concise and to the point with straight facts and illustrations. Highly recommended

I found the actual Flash training method easy to use, except that the 'Back' button is in the top-left corner, while all the other controls are at the bottom. Although the 'Back' button flashes, it wasn't imediately obvious due to its position. The training was very concise and where technical details were used, they were clearly explained.

enjoyed the interactive way of learning some of the tests are quite fun to do and make you much more aware.

Brilliant training - could not print certificate which was one of the most important aspects!! (This can be emailed to you - Ed.)
