It is very easy to use and you learn a lot. Well worth completing

Thought the videos were a very good way of demonstrating points, information clearly explained and put across, right length not too long, just about the right amount of information

Useful reminder, covered all main points clearly. I suppose some form of downloadable aid memoire type document could be useful.

Excellent training product, clear and easy to understand. Section on Fire Extingguishers is very long. We say that only fire wardens specially trained should attempt to tackle a fire so this is a large time consuming section that has to be completed to complete the test but is not really relevant to general employees.

Key facts covered, concisely and therefore efficient

I found this programme very understanding and relevant went through alot of things in detail and also what extinguishers are used for different types of fire and how to use them.

I learnt some really important things from this programme and for that it is very good. Some parts though were quite patronising but having said that I am conscious that it is better to assume that participants have no knowledge at all as that is the only way to ensure everyone really does know the more obvious things.

Very useful to know this kind of information, its too easy to forget about how dangerous fire can be so it raises awareness, good overall
