I found this course informative and interesting throughout, which in tern made the programme enjoyable to take, therefore im sure will not only aid in passing on the fire awareness message but also aid in the 100% pass rates of this course.

very good especially for young people who have very little experience

It was quite interesting to go through the traning session and learn more which we were not much aware of. The traing will help us to look forward and move with safest H & S aspect while working in offices & sites. It will build up our confidence to work safely. In fact it has given me a greater knowledge & confidence to deal with the related problems.

Really easy to follow intructions, Explained very clearly and relavant to my work place.

A good mix of video, presenter and diagrams. Very clean interface

I rate this programme 100% it makes you aware of all the danger that are in the workplace i recommend it to any one.

Good clear guidance. The tests were good as well.

The videos using the fire extinguishers were very good. Better to see how it works than to be told. Overall it was slightly too long though.

Although the instructions for using fire extinguishes was painfully repetitive, the course overall was good and informative.
