Hi I found this a good course with good information and a decent level of training I felt that the knowledge gained or learnt would benefit any person with low level or no level of fire awareness.

i think thist training is great you learn at you own speed with no pressure.

excellent programme. Concise and easy to understand and recollect. I work for the NHS and think you should get everyone do this course rather than the lecture we get now.

I found the training programme to be very informative and worth while.

The program is quite interactive and clear. The videos help ilustrating and make it easy to visualize in case any action is required.

I found the course interesting to do and very informative. The questions could have been more varied however.

I liked the way the programme was broken down into small manageable sections as I did this during work hours and my phone never stops. It allowed me to jump back and refresh my memory. Presenters were very clear and precise and the graphic and text were excellent.

I found the software easy to follow and allthough a little slow at times was very succinct.
