The training programme was really easy to use and full of important relevant information. It was split up into sections and made it very user friendly. I liked the questions at the end of each section this was useful in assessing how much i had remembered.

Following the first, introductory video, there are no clear instructions about how to start the course - it is only apparent if, by chance, you happen to hover over or click on the coloured boxes on the left hand side.

Would help if system faster in loading films and running them.

The training takes much longer than it could do. The easy and obvious points should be covered more quickly and efficiently. The trainee might then be more attentive on the important points like the colour codes of extinguishers, which are not at all obvious or logical. Aside from this, it is clearly communicated and structured.

I enjoyed doing this and learnt a lot, it makes you take notice of things like where the fire extinguishers are and the signs etc. which can only be a good thing. The only problem was I could not adjust the volum so it was rather loud.
